Business Team Mission
The Business Team's purpose is to direct the financial and business development aspects of the organization.
The Business Team's focus:
- Improve organizational structure to ensure the organization is ran smoothly
- Develop and improve fundraising opportunities for WEO
- Ensure the financial solvency of WEO and develop the budget
