Connect and Grow Dinner

Proven Growth Strategies for Tough Times

Do you want to make 2010 the best year ever?  Does that seem like a daunting prospect during an economic recession?  Instead of continuing to bang your head against the wall in frustration, connect with fellow female entrepreneurs and professionals who can help you grow your business with their insights, support, and leads.

At this month's Connect and Grow networking dinner, Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon welcomes a panel of distinguished career and business consultants to enlighten us on their proven strategies for growth during tough times.

Our panel will share their thoughts on:

-- When should entrepreneurs launch an aggressive growth plan?

-- Which growth strategy is best for which kind of business and leader?

-- What are the pros and cons of various growth strategies?

Panel Moderator:

Barbara Barde,
Barde Career Solutions
Barbara has worked with countless clients over the past several years helping them identify and implement successful tools, techniques, and avenues that help them successfully grow and support their businesses.

Our Panelists:

Connie Vanderzanden, Owner of The Accounting Department,
will be presenting her own personal and business testimonial/experience regarding business growth and staffing.

Julia Marrocco, President and Founder, Mental Iron
Executives turn to Julia for help driving their success through Mental Iron's extensive coaching, testing, and assessment programs.  Julia has been a successful businesswoman for 30 years and counting - using her own thought leading techniques to drive growth.

Diane Gibson, Founder and President, DMG Consultancy, Ltd.
With over twenty years of business leadership and management, Diane helps organizations diagnose, prioritize and improve business performance.  She recently formed a strategic alliance with another management consultant and has grown her business substantially through this association.
